Valetlink was born from a simple observation: while the hospitality industry has embraced technology in many areas, valet parking operations were still stuck in the past with paper tickets, manual tracking, and inefficient communication.
Our founders, Alex and Priya, met at a hotel operations conference in 2021. Alex, a hotel operations manager, was frustrated with constant complaints about valet wait times. Priya, a tech entrepreneur, saw an opportunity to apply modern mobile technology to solve this age-old problem.
They spent months talking to valet operators, hotel managers, and restaurant owners. The feedback was unanimous: there had to be a better way. In early 2022, ValetSarthi was born with a clear mission – digitize valet operations and make them seamless for both operators and customers.
Today, we’re proud to serve over 500 venues across the country, managing millions of parking sessions annually. But we’re just getting started. Our vision is to become the standard for valet management worldwide, making paper tickets a thing of the past.
